How did you round the corners on the Frame Matt?
Is there a setting somewhere.

I deleted the previous answer as I misundertood your question. You say about the matt in your frame.
I did a rectactangular selection with rounded corners before insert the image. Only that.

What I was asking, is there an option in Gimp to create radius corners, or do you
have to create a rectangle first as a template, then fill it, then draw a circle at the corner on a layer above
it to use the eraser tool. In my previous software I used, there is a radius setting at the time
you can adjust before using the rectangle selection tool.

Here you are TeaMouse - rectangle select allows you to create rounded corners at your desired 'radius'.
