GIMP 3.0 non-destructive editing does not support all filters

They work for me on 3.26 flatpak just fine. What I did was cut the flatpak folder of GIMP 3.0.4 and 2.10 somewhere else and then install 3.26, test it and then roll back to 3.0.4 and 2.10. Since I don't like the newer versions.

One thing i found with dev version 3.3.1 is that when you uninstall it it effects your Gimp-3.2 Python packages as well. None of my python plugins worked until i reinstalled Gimp-3.2.6 to fix the Python install.
