@Rod Lorri
if you want i may post a (messy) xcf ...messy because i come to some dead end in the process
my initial idea was do something similar to
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3106&start=0 but then i decide that postwork with weird color shifts was absolutely not adapt to the subject
So i made 1 duplicate of the original and used Gmic/ Wild Cartoonizer (that made the wrinkles heavier and black and add a dark grain to the skin) duplicate again and then Gmic / Steampunk pencil
Then merged the 2 at taste and on top in color mode and with low opacity( About 40%) a dup of the original to add a few acid colors to
(About Steampunk Pencil and Steam _pen I could not find a better definition:
...the gmic Pencil create often a heavy pattern in uniform area of the original ...a pattern that may be decorative but is always the same so may get soon boring
In the Steam Pen the "Steam" is too break or smear that pattern on uniform area but leaving sufficient sharpness in the Pencil outlines, and to do this add a combination of Kuwahara and blur to the Pencil effect
Just in case somebody was wondering about "Steam Pen" meaning
