There's a exe at google. You may need to copy some missing dll's from another program.

DebiDalio: the orcas are beautifully done, but i liked the whale version better. i think it's the colour, the black and white of the orcas make the whole colour scheme a little bit colder.

I agree. I like the sperm whales better, also. I wonder if dolphins would work?

Just a thought, wouldn't the buoys be better in the top water layer?

Hm. I had been thinking the buoys were a little close to the shore. Maybe I could swap them with the fish, as long as they don't interfere with the whales. I'll try it and see what it looks like.

I was looking at it linear, from sky to ocean floor.

Ah. Actually, the brown part is the beach. It's more like you're looking out across the ocean. My thought was you find seashells and crabs on the beach near the water, waves crashing a little farther out, then big fish and whales out where it's deeper. I put the buoys in last because I thought they'd be an interesting structure floating on the water.

I tried moving the buoys, but it looked awful. Let's just say the latest storm washed them up near the shore. :D

I've decided I like the sperm whale version best, so I'm sticking with that one.

Thanks! I really appreciate feedback, advice, suggestions, etc. I find it fascinating to hear about each person's perception of a piece of art.
