I think he had layer one, the Fall layer, and layer two, the winter layer, then He used page curl on the Winter layer and the one below shows through because he probably used the transparent choice. How far out am I? :teeth

very cool! I think I would prefer it if the curls weren't slightly transparent, though.

My guess he has several seasonal pictures in his arsenal and he used one for each layer.

Normally I don't like page curls because they were so overused they became tacky but your use of it is both original and inspiring.

alc59: that's a fun and creative use of the page curl - beautiful pictures too.

Geez Molly, were you hiding behind me somewhere

Do you think he left a tripod outside all those months to get the pictures in 'exactly' the same spot from one season to the next?????

I just centered the top of the hill and did the final alignments in Gimp

First time i used the page curl i didn't care for it because there wasn't much adjustment, it was just a small corner, but if you make a rectangle select first you can have some control over the size

I envy your sister. In another life I think I would love to live on a horse ranch or a hobby farm with horses. It would be so cool.
Nice job on your curly-cues alc.

I like it! Only thing that bugs me is the tones of the curls, they look a little too..hmm..Cartoon? Idk just not totally real to me...but maybe that's what you wanted! Nice either way! :D
