All the GC Holiday banners are really nice. I don't have much to lift my spirits for the Holiday, but seeing all those wonderful banners does it for me.
Great job you guys.

I like this banner and also that saying... I'll have to keep it in mind.

Thanks, Wallace. I like that quote as well. I used to let things bother me but lately, I refuse to let anything stress me out.
I just let it roll off like water from a ducks back.
I was thinking about you when I created this. Hopefully, you'll like it.

Oh yes, it looks really great. Can I use it to create a splash screen? Also, what font is it made with?

I would just like to compliment all the talented Christmas banner makers at Gimp Chat. They are all so creative and make me smile; every one of them is a beautiful work of art!

Thanks Molly. It looks a little better with the header gradient behind it. I debated on a slight color, to blend with the background. I took a photo of marble, cut it out, yada, yada, and set the opacity where you can barely see it.

Thanks for new banner! I'll add it to the rotation during the next banner update.
Anyone want to make a Valentines Day banner?

The Warrior: I really like your last submission. I also love the font you used. Would you mind if I asked where I could get that font?

gimp started out with one completely random and (dare i say it?) unusable green bell pepper brush. thanks to the untiring efforts of us gimp chatters (especially one of us, no names mentioned
![hee hee :hehe](./images/smilies/hihi.gif)
) it now also has an animated version of the aforesaid brush, as well as a red, a purple and a pink (and guess who contributed that one?
![Toothy grin :teeth](./images/smilies/040.gif)
) bell pepper brush. i thought that this proud part of gimp history needed celebrating with a gimp chat banner!
