havent seen you in a while again

how did you invert the stroke gradient like that ?
you did not do that by inverting the colours, right ?

so how did you align the same colours but inverted ??

I followed your tutorial to the letter, I only colorized the gradient, didn't invert anything. I did hollow out the text and that's obvious.

i get it now
you started with a greyscale gradient and colorized later

i was under the impression you used a purple to white gradient
that would have turned green, when you invert the colours

interesting !

i discovered yesterday you can get cool effects with bevels, when you use white for the highlight (default) and then colorize instead of trying to find another great colour
you did the same thing

the good thing about a greyscale stroke is that you can tune the distribution between light and dark areas with the value-curve
that doesnt work with coloured gradients, because the colours changes

Yes, after all was done I colorized the gradient. I've been doing this for a while now and your right. Same thing with adding bevels.

i think thats the first texteffect i see from you, Baukje

came out really great :clap

maybe you should try to apply the G'MIC Frosted Glass filter on the texture gradient, that might look really cool

Took me a while to reply, actually kinda forgot about this topic xD Thanks Esper! I never really focused on text effects, though I do want to get more into it.
Anyways, I tried the G'MIC filter you suggested :)
