Nice work so far! I couldn't ever get the hang of doing a monochrome layer first, with color added later. It's always interesting to watch those come together, though :mrgreen:

The only problem with this method Merrak is you almost have to paint the painting twice - once in mono and once in colour. I have to choose a time when the form is roughly there but not finished to add the colour and I will work with colour from then on.
