So I have hundreds of designs that I am creating.
I need to export 3 color variations of each design on a different color t-shirt mock-up to a .jpg

Is there some way to do so without having to sit here and export each one by one?

If exporting multiple layer to individual files at the same time will help I find Export Layers pretty useful because it has two menus.
Export Layers... which give you all the export options (file types, dir, compression, etc)
Export Layers to... which directly saves with the options you picked using Export Layers. Great for repeating tasks.

This plugin is very handy, once you get the hang of it.

I depends a bit on how you produce the variations: overlay the design over T-Shirts in varoius colors? If os this kind of simple image composition is better done using a script (.BAT on windows) that uses the ImageMagick tools.
