Brush Manager

I just installed the brush manager today. I was so happy to get it working as I can now find brushes and not have to worry about sifting through a ton of brushes.

Just a bit ago I found a bunch of brushes that work for PS and Gimp, but they are all ABR files.

I am unsure if I can load them in and the brush manager accept them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use ofnuts addon Collection Manager but have used brush manager in the past and I'm certain it can handle .abr files

Yes it can. I have several abr brushes.

Glad you got this ofnuts-mareroQ-Sean Bogie plug-in installed DarkNaomi13.
Works great for me.

You mentioned last night you couldn't find your default brushes.
In Gimp > brushes, right click on brush sets > then unclick the brushes you have selected.
You should now have only your default brushes there.
They are the brushes that were included in your Gimp install.
They are stored in a different place, gimp-2.0-share, I believe.
No matter how many brush sets you select, the default brushes will still be there.

The manager handles GBR, GIH, and ABR extensions. :)

Is there something comparable to this for a Mac OS?

Not sure dahlia, ofnuts would know or maybe it says in the script if is compatible with Mac. I will go look to see
EDIT:
I don't see why it wouldn't be, it is the gimp folders you place these scripts in.
You could always try it.
