i started on some more bevel reflecting, but quickly got distracted by one of the results and i ended up with an illustration to a song i've always loved:

Nice work AnMal. I love that song. Of course, the Christmas song, "What Child Is This" has the same tune.

Very nice AnMal.
I found a version of "Greensleeves" not many people know about.

molly: thanks! must be millions of versions of "greensleeves" floating around on youtube.
warrior: thank you! hehe, while i still played folk music actively with a friend i must have sung "what child is this" a thousand times! these days, when i try to sing "greensleeves" i often start out right and then slide into the lyrics of "what child is this" without being aware of it. me and my friend also made a really silly set of lyrics ourselves, that come back to haunt me now and then...
2-ton: thank you! i love it myself, it looks so much like rich textiles and jewellery.
wallace: yaaay, jethro tull :)! maybe not many people know about their version, but i do. i love that album they made with christmas/winter solstice songs. and i've liked jethro tull since back in the nineties when my brother made a mix-cd for me and put "dun ringill" on it.
odinbc:thank you!

I'm a big fan of harp and flute so I was delighted when AnMal sent me this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vNtVN_B7U78 Beautiful artwork as always AnMal!

A Ecuadorian friend of mine plays this song on guitar!
Lovely image! I do think the lace beveled part is a bit too widely beveled but that's preference.
Nice work! :D

sallyanne: thank you, i'm glad you like it :)
issabella: thank you! it is a really beautiful song.
erisian: it is a really good version, i fell for it at once. and thanks!
mokonafan: oh, i love accoustic guitar and 'greensleeves' is among the most beautiful pieces you can play on the guitar!
you're right about the lace being very widely bevelled - but it was by intent :). i was after the look of a certain kind of matelassé lace, where some parts are stuffed and sort of stiff.
