Nice filter, but how can you adjust the highlight, it's a bit too bright inside the upper left corner of the globe.

Thats very nice 2-ton. I like the way it is, but you could try duping the globe and playing around with the modes. Or go to Colors > Brightness and Contrast.

Here is my try, I want less sky in mine but I can't get that either, :lol

Molly if you want less sky in your sphere adjust the 'Sphere Vertical Rotation' setting in the Menu

Hi Graechan,
The effect of using the script was a bit strange in the picture I used.
Looks like globe reflected the sides.
Below the result following the tutorial and got to the script

Akros this is the result I achieved using the script with default settings ( your sphere horizontal rotation was not set to 0)

Graechan i was the default settings... but my result was the showed before.
It's weird, your result was as expected, as the tutorial.
However now I tried again and still mirrored laterally.

Thanks for listening :tyspin

Akros could you download a fresh copy of the script and overwrite you current one

Graechan,
Not problem, but...
I started to like this mirror effect! It is very interesting!

Could I download a fresher version of this script without losing mirroring the side?
Thx

Don’t be afraid to start over. It’s a new chance to rebuild what you want.

Graechan,
I had downloaded the script yesterday.
But just download the script again. :yesnod
I changed the name of the previous version to not lose it (nice effect that mirrored)
Added the newly downloaded script, but .... still the same result.

I can recreate this effect by following the steps of the tutorial. But the result laterally mirrored the script is producing, and i would not know recreates it.

Although it is strange because I'm getting this result ... I liked it! :rofl :coolthup :tyspin

Akros for the time being could you take the old script out of Gimp and store it somewhere else, then try it again after refreshing
