Put this in my scrips folder, and I can't find it anywhere, Only thing under "Selection" is the stock rounded rectangle. Any thoughts?

Refresh your scripts and it should be under a new tab which is "Temp". Hoover to there and you should see "Rounded Selection Corners."

You're very welcome. Graechan, how come mine shows in "Temp", on top, and not in the "Select" option?

Open a layer, make some text, a fairly fat text or bold, then run the filter, you can change the radius, I think I changed mine to 30.
Don't select you text first. After running the filter, the text will have a selection, then go select > invert > then delete and it will delete the sharp edges and you should end up with rounded text.

I didn't have to do all that. I didn't make text, but rather a selection on a different layer, and filled it with white:

Make sure to select clean up the layer:

The result:

You are welcome, there is something wrong here. I thought for sure I downloaded the latest script but mine doesn't have clean up layer in it. Mine is under selection > rounded selection

I believe you set the radius amount too high.

Molly go to the download post Rounded Selection and download as I made a change for you yesterday
1/ works on any selection (text typically 1→20 else 1→100)
2/ If no selection exists, a selection is attempted from alpha channel if one exist,or else it's made of the entire layer size and the corners are rounded.
3/ option to clean up the layer, added as per Molly's suggestion (this also deletes selection)
4/ Menu Location is Select/Rounded Selection

if you don't have the option to 'clean up the layer' you don't have the latest version
