I'm a follower of OMG and his fantastic creations, and since I found this free software I think I've become addict to it.

issabella: beautiful creations! i got a bit tired of weavesilk myself because i wanted to use the images i created but could never find a good way to use them - looking at your pics gave me an idea though, so maybe i'll go back to weavesilk and play myself :).

Thank you Dinasset. I've been playing it for a time trying the best outcomes.
AnMal, I'm happy you have found some inspiration with my wavesilk outcomes, so waiting for your creations. :) :bigthup

Hello Issabella - glad you are enjoying weavesilk to produce some beautiful images; I noticed that all your images are symetrical - have you tried turning off rotational symmetry, mirror access and spiral to centre? Then it is basically free hand.

You will find some more info about how to use it in this thread. viewtopic.php?f=22&t=8059&p=104413&hilit=Weavesilk#p104413

Thanks Issabella & Dinasset - re Griatch's knife thread sometimes GIMP outcomes may not be all fun and games!

@Anmal - things to do with weave silk images (apart from trying to fit them into a paisley pattern), well Dinasset has a nice glass effect script and weave silk makes a pretty embedded pattern on a glass vase ...

... or as a bumped centre piece for a BRL image

Given my total lack of success with fractal explorer, its back to weave silk; symmetrical
and non symmetrical outcomes blended together

Two more then I must leave weavesilk to go and learn fractals - just never stops!

Two animal 'weavesilk spirits' in the night sky ...

Well mixed Issabella; a fractal weavesilk wonderland; I love the complementary colours and I think there is a poem in there somewhere.
