I suggest to attach specific words with the script name to identify its feature. Becuase many revisions have taken place. Every revision has its own unique feature.

just make any selection circle, square, odd shape anything as long as you have an active selection.
you can Select all if you want it to randomize all over the image.
then run script.

Now that I'm looking at the image I made.
I'm thinking, that
I would have liked for the text,
which is flowing from the bottle into the glass.
To follow the liquid's directional flow.
Instead of form left to right.

I thought maybe the ability to copy content of active layer and rotate it randomly and random colors

It's important that the content of your active layer is centered on image.
