Hi, I'm LadyArtiste and I'm a "traditional" style artist, meaning I use different media on papers. However, I love creating digitally too, I have been a GIMP user for a long time but have mostly used it in a specific capacity, to create clothing, textures and different effects for The Sims and on Roblox; now i really want to get into making the kind of art digitally that i do with traditional media and papers. I also have used Photoshop and Corel but because I started with GIMP I tend to use it most, and enjoy finding new brushes, etc. for it. I love working on computers, electronics, and gaming, and I'm a big Sci-Fi fan. Anyway, I am glad to find this forum, and look forward to learning new and more complex things!

Welcome to GC LadyArtiste. I use Gimp mainly for fantasy art painting though I have done other things too. My wife, who is known here as AnMal, is absorbed in The Sims 2 at the moment and has tried making things for it but she doesn't feel she has been successful. I look forward to seeing some of your work.

Thanks, guys. I am currently working on finishing my drawing, "Babushka." I have it as a WIP on DeviantArt, though I've made much more progress since that post. When it's done I'll post a link to it here. I have other things too, but haven't gotten around to putting them up yet. That's a "will do soon" thing.
