The frame is from GMIC arrays and frames> picture frame, and the image looks like the Bushland behind my home

Graechan is right about the frame. The background is the late afternoon sun shining through the gumtrees at the end of my street and if you haven't guessed already the red light is not a traffic light but a light on a rail line that changes to green to tell trams they can move forward as there is another street there.
