Does anyone on here make money with there gimp?...weather it's making company logo's or whatever...i am trying to find a way to make extra money.....if so can you please let me know...if you wish you can send me a pm...

Corporate branding pretty much implies a vector editor, so it's more a mission for Inkscape probably.
Theoretically, as gimp is a bitmap editor you could monetize your work the same way others monetize their photoshop skills, photographers, VG artists, web designers those kind of jobs. Hope it helps.

I've been offered money on occasion for the design of logos, banners, avatars, advertisements and such. I've never taken it. I consider it a personal accomplishment when my work is considered by others to be of a quality they care to display.

I've made a little mad cash designing business cards for a few friends. As I was told, once printed on a nice quality paper, they were indistinguishable from the kind of cards professionally printed.

I have been offered payment upon occasion for work that I've done with GIMP; I have always responded by suggesting a donation be made to the GIMP project, or some other worthwhile non-profit enterprise.

I've been offered payment for some business cards but it was for friends and I didn't accept it. I could make money if I wanted to.
