I got those credentials by Gnutux at the time of my first filters, but my experience was terrible, and I needed always to get support by Gnutux to amend/complete the publication.
If some other could take on his/her shoulders this task I guess it would be great.
Rod did that, so I could publish my last filters.
I know other people (you, I believe) is capable to publish a filter, but I guess it could be better to have a support by a cohordinator for all those who want to get that kind of help.
Experience shows that these "common" sites come and go. One of the motives for GimpScripts itself was that the Gimp Registry was in pretty bad shape. If you want your scripts to survive the demise of such sites, better keep them on something you manage (your own website, or GitHub/SourceForge).
