I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo and the left button on the mouse went belly up on me. It had a 3-year warranty on it and after several email exchanges, they replaced it. It arrived yesterday. I'd had the old one about 1 year, 3 months. They had to substitute a different model but it looks like the one I had. It arrived yesterday afternoon.

They wanted me to return the damaged device, but I told them I didn't have a spare keyboard so they asked me to take a photo of it instead. That worked. They did not require me to mail the damaged one back when I got the replacement. Said to dispose of it in any way I wanted. So I have an extra wireless keyboard.

I was fortunate in that I had saved the receipt they had emailed me when I bought it. I had ordered it directly from the Logitech website. http://www.logitech.com/en-us

Kudos to Logitech. :bigthup

Thanks. I really like the new one. I got it late yesterday afternoon and didn't get it out until this morning. The old one I had to start the mouse and keyboard up in a particular order or they wouldn't work. This one, I plugged in the receiver and it was go. I can switch them off and on for when I'm away from my computer to conserve battery life.

Good deal! Samsung made good on their replacing my 21" monitor. They sent me an upgrade, too, because they didn't have my particular model in inventory. Sweet, aye? :)

I have that same keyboard/mouse combo O, but I no longer have my receipt either. My left mouse button started going flaky too. I opened it up, put a piece of transparent tape between the button and the inside momentary switch and it appears to have fixed the issue for now. Might be a flaw in the design; never thought to view the warranty. lol

Not really a fan of Logitech like I use the be; do like my laser mouse though. Keyboard itself had been very rock solid (and I can't tell you all the crud that has fell on it since I got it; pretty much know it's diet-coke resistant anyway. lol). :)

I've always considered logitech to be a stand up company, who on the whole, manufacture good products. Anyone remember the old days when the logitech serial mouse was the bee's knees? :cool

I'm using a logitech wireless mouse. It's good on batteries and it has held up very well.

I prefer a buckling spring keyboard in most situations. The cord doesn't bother me and it doesn't eat batteries. The exception being for my multimedia system. For that, I want a wireless keyboard with an integrated pointing device. This is the best design I've found for that.

I saved the shipping notice they sent me as a pdf so I was able to attach that to the correspondence. It worked as a receipt. I also saved the packing slip. I can have the packing slip scanned if I need to. I keep all those papers in the box I keep the software, etc., for my computer.

I've been a dedicated customer of Logitech for years. My first Logitech device was a 4" hand scanner back in the early 80s. I paid a fortune for it. It never faailed once, It broke my heart to get rid of it but full sized flatbeds came out cheaper than my little hand held one and there was just no reason to keep it. I have 5 or their mice now, each one has a lot of mileage on it. I have 4 of These and I can destroy enemies in shooter games with them.
