I have a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo and the left button on the mouse went belly up on me. It had a 3-year warranty on it and after several email exchanges, they replaced it. It arrived yesterday. I'd had the old one about 1 year, 3 months. They had to substitute a different model but it looks like the one I had. It arrived yesterday afternoon.
They wanted me to return the damaged device, but I told them I didn't have a spare keyboard so they asked me to take a photo of it instead. That worked. They did not require me to mail the damaged one back when I got the replacement. Said to dispose of it in any way I wanted. So I have an extra wireless keyboard.
I was fortunate in that I had saved the receipt they had emailed me when I bought it. I had ordered it directly from the Logitech website.
