West Bromwich Albion which is on the ring in the image is a football team from the heart of England also known as the black country. Not on racial grounds lol it get's that name from the industrial revolution all the iron foundries belching out soot and covering most things in it. Also it was heavily mined for coal adding to the blackness of the place.
I'm pleased to say things have vastly improved over the centuries and it's a clean and quite pleasant place to live now.
