I think I found a copy of mhbevel3d.scm. It's old but seems to work in Gimp 2.8. The 'sp' option is worth a try, not sure about what the White option is for. Maybe an experienced script writer can have a look at it.

I did manage to download the "script",
using Chrome's incognito mode.
The file is as you said, HTML code.

PhotoMaster, I don't know if this one is the one you are looking for. But I have this under filters where I have drawn a black line. I hope this can helps you. :)

Hi PhotoMaster.

I use custom blocks (3 - created 16) + custom-font-composition Trandoductin (before using the 3D Extrusion).
Both xcf in annex.
