Hi Ofnuts,
you are a guru in the path world, so I ask you about the result of combining:
1) Pursuit Curve
2) Path Blend
I followed the last info of Samj so I wanted to try what she did.
1-create a path set with Pursuit Suite (default parameters)
2-applying Path Blend; I did this in two versions:
2a - just indicating the last path as "from" and the before-last path as "to" as per Samj
I got the identical result of Samj; good!
2b - indicating the last path as "from" and the first path as "to"
I didn't get what Samj shows in her post but a worst (somehow strange) image
I asked Samj to tell me if something was wrong on my side, but she answered "I don't know"
I now come to you - as guru of paths - to ask whether you have a suggestion for me.
(From an environmental viewpoint, I use win 32 bits, while Samj uses win 64 bits)
I attach here:
- the nice result of Samj with all the paths filled by the golden gradient
- the nice result obtained by me specifying only the last two paths
- the not-nice result obtained by me specifying all the paths
Can you help me?
Thanks a lot...

Nothing to do with paths...

Doing the same thing as you I get the same results as you, which consistent with my understanding of RobA's masterpiece. I don't see how you can get the first one without using path-blend repeatedly for each pair of successive paths (which is hinted by dialogs 3 AND 4 in viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7342&start=20#p94216)

Unless one is versed in the Art Of Scripting... then nothing takes longer than the time it takes to write a script for it.

Consider that the two script you used already saved you about a month of work.
