I'm thinking it would really make great privacy glass for a shower or bathroom window, etc.

If your single!

Pretty easy.
Open any image
Duplicate it twice.
Top layer use perspective transform to give the entire image a left hand equal tilt.



Open Filters>Blur>Pixelize and i used a value of 25. (this will vary according to image size)
Do the same with the center layer except tilt the opposite direction.
Open Filters>Blur>Pixelize and i used a value of 25.
Now re transform/tilt the center layer back to normal.
Now set the top layer to burn.And set the top layer opacity to around 50.
Delete the bottom layer or make it invisible.

I used way to large of a pixelization for this smaller image.Should have been 12 or so probably.

This is with size 12 pixelization.
