My wife has been making more and more remarks about how dull and boring my desktop was so I made this one. Rendering he sword took the longest. I had to modify my Sysmetrix skin but that was minor. The Kanji character means 'Eternal''
Considering I'm full of mind altering drugs it not bad,

gms9810: it's really elegant! great job on it. i usually have too little patience to make really neat and tidy renders, but it always pays when you do - like it did for you here.

Honestly, I never render in gimp, too cumbersome. I always render in Xara.

No, it's Sysmetrix. It's a sort of system monitor. I took one of their skins and modified it.
