Hello guys,

This question might sound noobish but I'm wondering..

Sometimes when I like cut something out of a picture and use it into another one..

I get these rough edges. And I know that feathering is a good way to remove those and it even creates a cool effect.

Problem is I don't realy know how feathering works..

:(

Can anyone make a quick vid tut where they do stuff like this.. Just make it short

so I atleast have an idea how exactly it works

Regards

You don't really need a whole tut...just remember that when you have any selection made, you can do selection>feather>set amount of feathering. Then do your cutting, pasting, moving, filling, coloring, or whatever you wanted to do with your selection.

Yeh but for example if I like cut out something.. how do I feather that? Without screwing up the colours..

let's just say I copied and pasted my head...

How do I make it so that I just click feather and it fixed my cutting so it looks better without painting it afterwards?

Hi Bloodwell, Jolie has written a very nice video tutorial for that.
