From GIMP (and Blender3D) to reality!
Here is a case I made for my girlfriend's netbook, photographed, and then edited in GIMP.
What do you think? Good results?

Any comments/advice appreciated.

I find it is very well done. I like the leather texture.
Just to say that the case look very new compared to the photo. But it's okay if you want it look new.

It looks very good. We have a few Blender artists here. I myself use Hexagon (grabbed it when it was free), because i find it has a more user friendly interface. But you can't beat Blender for free open source 3D rendering. :)
