Thanks, we'll see where this goes.

I already want to know where the story will lead. For some reason, this is bringing up the memory of the artwork you did with the girl sitting in a diner.
Oh, that is not a complete coincidence.

what surprising change of style, i never saw you playing with BW.
The first page is intriguing your paints works well also in BW
And of course if in a BW page there is a detail in a strong color as the door in the beginning of your story that really attract attention.
Well i,m impatient to read the whole episode
I've done some b&w artwork before, but true, I've mostly worked in colour. I'm still finding my footing with this style, so we'll see how it develops.

Can you give us a history lesson on where your ideas came from in relation to the storyline? That would be cool to know what inspired you or the story.

The original idea for
Where Red Apples Lie (the whole thing, not just this little snippet) is taken from a novel I wrote some 10 years ago (it's hundreds of pages, alas never finished). Over the years I've gradually played with artwork and comic-making, and my various stories have always offered a good base of inspiration (most of my images are in fact scenes and characters from my own stories). The advantage of making a small comic-"snippet" like this, is the limited scope - I know it has a beginning and end, something I can finish within a reasonable time, also with a crazy work schedule.
