I love horses, fantasy and space! So what happens when combining these together? It becomes a pegasus in the night sky

Oooo! This has potential to be quite nice! It's already looking epic!
Nice work so far.

You are amazing with your talent to do horses.

the sketch is very nice, and painted looks even better

That is looking very good so far, the horse is wonderfully drawn.

I am so jealous of your talent BaukjeSpirit. There is a star constellation called Pegasus so when I read the title I thought you had painted that. Do keep the drawing as well as the finished painting - it's an amazing line drawing and I'm sure the painting will be amazing too. You've made a great start with it.

baukjespirit: this is looking so beautiful already! i agree with erisian about the line drawing, i really hope you keep it.

Thanks peeps!

And don't worry, I almost never throw any files away (though I don't think my harddisk likes that very much )

Added WIP 2

Looks great so far! I really like your starry sky.

Wow, I'm really looking forward to the finished painting!

Me too!
Beautiful, as always!

Thanks merrak, Erisian and Akros, glad you all like it so far

Added a new WIP.

It's coming along beautifully. I would love to be able to paint horses - they're such lovely creatures.

baukjespirit: this is looking fantastic. it's clear you know horses well as well as love them - you get every detail really good. and i like the composition and colours too, simply beautiful work.

exceptional. I just love the horse with the long mane and tail the best. You are one talented girl, amd hope you keep going.

So beautiful! I've always loved your style, it's so pretty and very unique!
The tree coming from the side of the ledge, looks nice but a bit out of place to me, could just be preference...Probably is!
Very lovely! Can't wait to see if finished!

First thing I thought of was the constellation but do remember the other pegasus. Lovely painting BaukjeSpirit.

Thank you so much everyone! Glad to see everyone is liking it so far! It's nearly finished now, I'll post the finished drawing here soon along with a process video.

Erisian, I'll lend you some of my ability to paint horses, if you lend me some of your ability to draw humans, guess that would be fair enough?

Mokonafan, thank you! I actually wanted to try out some different techniques, but I ended up drawing it like I normally do xD And I agree about the tree.. couldn't really find a good spot for it, think I'll remove it

After WIP3

Wow!! So beautifull
Not wanting to be repetitive ... but there is talent!
