Every New Years eve at 4 PM PST the City of New Westminster Pipe Band comes by.

I have always been fascinated by the elegant sound of the highland bagpipe, as well as by all the other facets of the scottish culture, and the pictures you posted are very evocative in this regard. :)

I also took a glance at the menu of the restaurant, where I couldn't help noticing the remarkable and variegated range of cocktails and dishes offered, among which I was pleased to see some italian recipes, such as Bucatini al Pomodoro and even a revisited version of Tiramisù.
