Can you make one with 8 legs?

Like Sleipnir you mean? That would be a pain to do

Nice to see you back BaukjeSpirit. I was thinking last night about you and others that haven't been here for some time. I'm not an expert on horse anatomy but that doesn't look wrong to me except that maybe the tail could do with shortening a little. The more I look, the more I think the head and neck are very slightly too big.
Thanks! I felt the same way about the neck and head, I'll take another look at that one!

Lovely horse! :3
The tail seems a bit long but that's about it.
I missed seeing your drawings and stuffs!
I guess they won't let you use Blender too huh?

Thank you

Maybe the tail looks a bit long because it's very thin? I dunno, to me it doesn't look very weird

I've made the tail a lot thicker and that looks already a lot better to me.
And nope, we're forced to use maya xD

My first impression is that the body is a little short for all the rest.
Otherwise, "nice horsie"

It does look a bit short but maybe it's because of his tall neck

I'll try to make it a little longer and see how that looks.

It's great work, but there are a couple of refinements that would make it better.
First, the "cheeks" on the horse's head are a bit too angular - it almost looks like it's wearing a hunk of metal plate. Soften them a little, and it'll look better.
I think the tail length depends on the breed - I've seen horses with tails that length, some shorter. To me, the problem with the tail is that right now it's too "tubular" and doesn't really look like a mass of hair, particularly at the end. (I've tried to attach a pic of a horse to show what I mean, but I'm a newbie and the site says what I'm posting is too "spammy" for a new user...I'm sure if you take another look at your reference photos, you'll see what I mean.) Blender has the ability to create a hair effect, but I'm not familiar with Mudbox and if it has the same ability. If not, try looking at bronze and clay sculptures of horses. Most sculptors give the tail a bit of a "wind-blown" effect even when the horse is standing still. It combats that tubular effect, and gives a little more drama and visual interest to the piece. Of course, that's assuming this sculpture is for an illustration...since you said you did a low-poly version, I'm assuming this is going to be a game asset? If that's the case, I don't know what you can do to fix the problem, or whether this fix would even be necessary.
If you do decide to re-work the tail, I wish you every success - it can be a tough effect to achieve in sculpture. I used to build plastic models up until a couple of years ago (old-school 3D modelling lol), and in most kits with horses in them, the tails looked crappy. To get one that looked right, I had to either modify the existing kit tail or, more often, sculpt a better-looking one from scratch, which was always a challenge. I'm pulling for you.
Thanks a lot! I've tried to soften the cheeks and thicken the tail, it looks a lot better already

We just started working with Mudbox, and we had to create something to practice, so it won't be for a game.

Nice so far! Looking forward to seeing some textures

I'm trying to picture plotting all 18 million polygons individually.
I will start texturing soon I hope

Lol, my laptop has a tough time handling it

baukjespirit: oh heavens, the poly model must have taken work! i think your horse is looking great, but of course i'm not exactly an expert on animals. i'm very bad at drawing animals in general. i hope you will keep updating us on the horse and other things you do, i've missed seeing your work here while you were busy

.
Thank you! And I will, I'll try to be a bit more active here

Here's some progress I've made, still working on the head a lot, especially the ears and nostrils:
