I love bacon, but I was in a wheelchair once. I now know the freedom of having legs to walk around with normally. I have always had both my legs, but at one time I was unable to use them due to a spinal injury.
This pig touched my heart.

until you lose it, you can't truly appreciate having it. To have lost the use of your legs and regained them is a blessing and I bet you appreciate it more than any of us could imagine.

What if one day you were walking down the street, and your legs just stopped moving, your body falling to the ground...
It's something that most never think about. I had to think about every step I took. Until I couldn't walk at all, and was bound to a wheelchair.
I now can walk "normally", and I still think about every step I take.

Wallace, I agree with Dalia and underline each word. Lucky you are now OK. Sorry as I can't transmit my feelings in English as I'd like. Human beings are able to overcome anything with will and effort, nothing is easy. But when one gets it, one appreciates it much more.
