G'MIC Preview Size

Hi !
I've added a small improvement to the G'MIC plug-in for GIMP : a combobox to choose between several pre-defined preview sizes, as shown in the screenshot below.

I wonder if this is something useful or not, just let me know

By the way, I've compiled beta versions of the plug-in binaries for Windows and Linux, all is available at :

I updated the filters, but this option did not appear.
It may be impossible for my version 1.5.8.1 G'MIC

Akros the new feature will require an update to the 1-5-9-0 version becouse the update is in it's files

Where is the 1.5.9.0 version of G'MIC for windows 64bit? I'm using the 1.5.8.6 version of G'MIC for windows 7.

Wasn't sure David still used git for beta builds but now I know he does. Really like the new huge preview. lol

I don't seem to be having much luck with the preview function...

Not matter what 'Preview size..." setting I use the size of the preview
image doesn't seem to change - the preview pane just seems to increase
or decrease by a dozen pixels or so.

I've tried maximising the G'MIC window and manually moving the
sizer for the 'preview-half' of the window, with no luck.

Running G'MIC 1.59.0 64-bit, GIMP 2.8.10 on Windows 8.1 Pro.

Can anyone else reproduce this?

A G'MIC preview size depends on your system's capability. If you are having issues, reduce the preview size. Also note, for various reason your filter choice can affect your view. In that case use the zoom option.

I've just released the 1.5.9.2 version of G'MIC today, it should fix this too-large preview widget.
Maybe you should check it out !
