are these ads supposed to be there or is it just my computer?

On top of each post now, there is an ad.

I am wondering if i installed something that might have caused this.
Browsing the site it's a little slower now and there's some sort of delay when i type messages too.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Just checking to make sure before i go uninstalling some thing or restore to an earlier date.

I don't have them. You may want to clear your cache and your cookies and boot before going to extremes.

I knew it. Damn windows movie maker 2012 (Window essentials package) did something to my computer. This is the second time i got something "extra" from windows essentials.

That is so annoying. Everyone's gotta get into the act. I've found unwanted software/adware on new flash drives, so I just clean them off before using. :hoh

I strongly doubt an official MS program is adding this kind of adware to your browser. Either your browser got hijacked by something else, or you used a non-official installer from some other site.

I got movie maker from here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows/get-movie-maker-download
it's the second time it did that to me.
oh well. I restored it to 3 days before this install (because that's when there was a restore point) and all is good now. no more delays while typing.

if you're using firefox, update it and look in your add-ons when you don't update it lets bad stuff install to you have to update of get a divorce and take the kids. lol

Not at the moment tran. I have before. You may want to run adware etc or follow other's suggestions

I suppose you're using Firefox. So try this. In Firefox: Help> Restart with extensions turned off or something like that, because my Firefox is in Portuguese.
