I tried out the line nova and I can't get it to do anything else from what you see here. I tried to make a path but it didn't follow it so I guess I don't know how to do that either. I don't see the gradient option on the dialogue. I thought that was what was added today.

There should be a gradient option on the dialog, Molly. I just verified the new version is up on GC.

Thanks Tux, I updated it about two hrs ago so it musn't have overwritten the old one, I have better luck when I delete the old one first.
Now I have to find out how to do it with a path selection.

The (x2, y2) equation for the position of the gradient blend was not the one I preferred but it sort of works whereas my other one didn't

Graechan, I wouldn't know the difference between a x2 or a y2 or a 25x15. All I do know is you and Tux put out some great scripts and work well together.

GnuTux has been busy so I have just been adding some code to help out GimpChat users like 'O' and yourself fix and improve line nova because gimp have overlooked this script

Graechan - just having a quick play with your last 2 script deliverables (LN GT & vivid light) and put them together using a gradient in the former. They can certainly create a distinctive aura together!

you are just too modest Graechan. We all know how you have worked your rear off doing scripts forever. I could fill a whole folder with yours alone. Besides that, you are like a Teddy Bear. :oops:

I can say it again how lucky we all are to have so many great script writers on this forum.

That is very nice grumpy, where did you find the Vivid light script. It isn't in my pc and I searched on line and couldn't find it.

That is very nice grumpy, where did you find the Vivid light script. It isn't in my pc and I searched on line and couldn't find it.

No, first place I looked, I also looked in the scripts forum and it came up blank there too. I can't do any more research tonight, I am in bed and my PC is turned off, can't do screen shots or copy and paste on the iPad
I wii check some more tomorrow.
