Nice glittery gold map, Molly. :bigthup

Attempted a BRL'd Tux from scratch. Used selections and stroked paths to create Tux, then BRL to color it in.

Thanks! It turned out looking a little like one of those plastic wall clocks with the shifty eyes. :hehe

Thanks, Molly. Once I completed the outline, I wand selected the section I wanted to color, filled will black, then ran BRL using a map of the color I needed . For black, I used Marcello's black spherical map. For each section, I ran BRL interactively so I could play around with the slope & depths to get effect I was after.

BTW... I didn't use all the paths provided by this svg file to create the image above.

Not fair
I opened the transparent image, I then opened the BRL dialogue, selected the black emap, used the round 1 and round2 and I still get that. Have there been changes made to the Script within the last week?

Thanks Wallace, I still don't know what you did, I have never run BRL that way before. Why are the emaps in with the layers, Never mind, I can't do it anyway.

The latest BRL is:
Bevel Reflect Logo
bevel-reflect-logo.scm
Version: 1.6
Author: GnuTux

Have you taken a good look at the XCF file I attached to my previous post?

You need to separate each element using selections and fill them with white, then run the BRL form, Filter>Alpha to Logo>Bevel Reflect Logo.
Using the appropriate e-map for each element.
