Here's a before and after of my most recent use of Gimp

Looks professional in my eyes.

A couple of abstracts I made a while back. I think they started out as gradient blends that I ran through several filters

Very nice

Cool images Charlie.

Here's a recent pic I spruced up a little in Gimp using G'MIC and some brushes I made for making lens flares. Special thanks to: lylejk, mackenzieh, and rich2005 for helping me install G'MIC

Very nice Charlie, very peaceful scene.

Thank you molly

I finished this one about an hour ago. I'm adding the xcf to show (more or less) what I did with Gimp.

Those last two scenes are excellent Charlie.

Can hardly wait for episode IV. Made this in my environment/modeling app and finished it off with in Gimp.

Very nice effect Charlie.

Great work

Thank you molly and sallyanne. Wow! Thank you Graechan, I pretty much use the script on every lens flare I make now.

Been playing with 'Movie 300' filter on some of my Spartan artwork

In this I used G'MIC filters Yag effect and vignette, also replaced the eyes with ones from a different render and used a blur layer from Free-Form-Bokeh script I found in the plugin registry

nice

Took one of my CGI renders and turned it into a WWI postcard

Made this without any scripts. Not that great but had fun making it.
