Eating a bowl of it now Wallace; celery's still a little crunch (but its way past lunch time and I'm hungry; lol). I did turn turn the fire off with lid on and the celery should soften up on it's own before I place the result in the refrigerator. By the way, it's quite tasty. Rice dumplings (dagook) rock. lol

:)

So you turn, turn the fire off?
Is that anything like when you want the fire on you put it on on and not just regular on? :hehe

OK; had just enough Turkey meat left to make another pot full of Turkey w/ Rice Dumplings (got tired of eating Turkey sandwiches; lol). This time, I took a picture. :)

Besides the ottoman (where I took the capture; it's still dirty; lol), this pretty much looks like how the soup looks in person. The SOOC was ugly for sure (camera set for aRGB even though it doesn't indicate it in the EXIF). :)
