This one took me almost an hour; I'm a filter guy and yes, I used way too many filters, but then, I had to do a lot of interactions (hate that) that ended up taking me much longer then I wished. Here's the result.

Maybe a BOM list of programs used jon. lol

G'MIC (Bilateral preset will be your friend; also added some of the subtle glow using a low opacity layer of Rodilius), Paint Engine (still works via PSPI), but then a lot of help from PostworkShop Pro (yes; cheat I know; lol). All above not necessarily in chronological order not to mention a check of a lot of layer property blends w/ cloning. Almost forgot; I created a square selection and copied it; then I pasted it into another edit and ran Darla's Amazing Circle preset to create the Orb. I then added some additional glaze steps (G'MIC's Local Orientation among a few other things) and added the Starburst using Supernova.

lol; thanks conbagui. Yeah; have to, every so often, deviate from my filter craze and do something that filters alone won't do. I still try to find ways to get the computer to do it all, but do all the hard work is good too (except the cloning; jeeze; wish that could be automated too; lol).

No; the glow had a lot of help from Rodilius followed by Bilat preset to clean up the threads. The clouds was pure brush work. I like cloud brushes. lol

Way too lazy to do these often, but Kayla definitely motivated me. She has some good stock to play with for sure Dinasset.
