I could swear I saw something like this in an "Beyond 2000" episode many years ago. This was solidifying the design within a container through laser collisions. But I do not remember if that machine existed at that time or was just a representation.

This technology's even faster then Carbon3D's technology and it prints bigger (or more) objects too. I had a problem playing this video as an HTML5 video though but it will play in IE11 (just not in my version of Iron; not sure why). Flash player works fine though. Let me know if others are having issues.

By the way, no problem playing that video using HTML5, in Firefox or Chrome..

I'm going to temporarily install Iron 41x (had to go back to 40x since 41x won't play flash proper) to see if that's the issue. I did post this at Iron's website to see if others are experience this issue. Funny that it's just this one video; other HTML5 videos that I've tried have no issue at all. Weird actually. Yes; I rebooted both my VM and then even my host OS itself to no avail.

edit:

Just installed 41x and it still won't play this video in HTML5.

Now HTML5 is working; must have been a weird youtube problem with this one video and they decided to fix it.
