I've been using http://www.majhost.com for a while now for free image hosting.

No restriction on filesize, and you can upload zips of images it will unpack.

Direct linking of images is allowed as well.

Nice resource Rob, thanks for sharing it.

I don't like the idea of having to upload one image at a time, but as you can zip them and the site unpacks them that's pretty useful.

That is pretty cool Rob. Would make uploaded large images much faster since you can zip before upload. Use ImageShack now, but going to bookmark the site for future reference. I like the idea of no image size restrictions.
