This is way off topic but this is why it's in Off topic chit chat right?
A friend of mine shared this link on facebook: http://www.howdoesshe.com/vietnamese-salad-rolls-with-peanut-sauce/
And I thought i'd share a trick i found out after years of suffering from having the filling annoyingly fall out into my dipping sauce after i take the first bite.
The link above also shows you how to roll without using the my trick so the filling will probably fall out on you too unless you roll a really thin roll.
Here's the trick.
Instead of trying to roll all the filling in one go, spread the filling out and roll the rice paper along with the filling, to give it more structure in the middle so that the rice paper can hold the filling in place.
Here's a diagram, try to roll like diagram B.

I wrote a quick blog about it too
Since I have learned this trick...I was free to make roll my rolls as fat as I wanted without worrying that the filling will fall out.

I have never eaten them, I have only made 'spring rolls'.
