That's good, but I think you need to stop now!

I'm not sure that it's worth putting lots of time into each icon - but then again we might be able to offer them to the GIMP developers because they will be needed.

I don't understand? Didn't you say you needed icons?

Anyway I made this one too.

No :)

What I meant was "stop doing the iscissor icon, you've got it perfect now"

I'm liking the Color picker as well.

I'm going to be doing something else for a few hours now, so don't expect immediate feedback for a while.

Thank you again.

Kevin

You have been very busy Wallace. Thank you so much.

Here's what GIMP looks like with all those added (I did the levels icon as well)

Which means the remaining tool icons to do are these:

I've attached the theme so far, so if anyone with a high DPI screen would care to comment...

The official GEGL logo is available in the GEGL source tree: GEGL/gegl-0.2.0/docs/images/GEGL.svg
and on wikimedia: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:GEGL_Logo.svg

The associated PNG file is:

So, how's this:

Here's the XCF for future ref, if you want to tinker or do different sizes:

I post here a note for those who could encounter the same problem I had on this PC:
1-I wanted to experiment the new 32x32 icons set, thus downloaded it and -after unpacking- put into my "themes" folder
2-Selected the new theme via Edit/Preferences: no effect (uhm, strange, on my home PC I had already experimented the previous 32x32 set created by Kevin)
3-tried to select the old Kevin set and again: no effect
4-went to analyze themerc file and there is said :
"# It is NOT supposed to be edited manually. Edit your personal
# gtkrc file instead (C:\Users\diego\.gimp-2.8\gtkrc)."
5-well, let's see the gtkrc
6-surprise, there was no gtkrc file
7-decided to create an empty one
8-re-done the selection and: voilà the new set is visible
So my warning is: if someone wants to try the new set and -once selected- nothing happens, has to go to the personal folder and -if no gtkrc was created by Gimp installation- just create an empty one, because the theme change is not applied if missing that file (and no message is sent to the user...)

@Dinasset:
This is the default personal gtkrc that came with Gimp 2.8.14 (on both Windows and Linux):

# pixmap_path "<dir 1>:<dir 2>:<dir 3>:..."
#
# include "rc-file"
#
# style <name> [= <name>]
# {
#   <option>
# }
#
# widget <widget_set>       style <style_name>
# class  <widget_class_set> style <style_name>
#
# You can add your own GIMP-specific GTK styles here.

#
# Adjust the size of previews in plug-in dialogs:
#
style "gimp-large-preview"
{
  GimpPreview::size = 256
}

# class "GimpPreview" style "gimp-large-preview"
