Tweaking Lastend theme

I'm always interested in how themes can be altered/changed to suite ones taste.

I'd like to see how the change you made effected the nbase color of the curves dialog. I was thinking that maybe you could post another screenshot for us, showing the color change?

I have Kevin and it's all to much for me.
I've tried several time to change the font on a theme and can never seem to find where to put the codes at, or if the font to be used should be installed in Gimp or Windows for it to work.
I have a lot of ideas on making different themes, but I can't wrap my head around all the coding needed. :gaah

Check Gimp faq, How can I change the GIMP font?
I've also noticed this code has been used; to change font (DejaVu Sans) or size (10).

Can you upload the gtkrc? I believe it's possible to target specific widgets.

I was just experimenting with different themes. Doing searches for the words, font and or font_name = and all of the themes that I searched so far, do not have the word these words in them. This would be the starting point if I wanted to change the font a theme is uses, but I haven't been able to find these words to make the font change.
I'm also not sure if the font I would like to change to, would need to be installed on my system or in Gimp.

Hi wallace. The easy way I change the Font and the size for Gimp is though: gtkt2 runtime. Al you have to do is: Install this latest> gtk2-runtime-2.24.10-2012-10-10-ash, to use with the> gtk2_prefs-0.4.1.bin-gtk2.10-win32. You can change the font and the size anytime you want.

1. After downloading, click on the .exe file and intall
2. Download the zip> gtk2_prefs-0.4.1.bin-gtk2.10-win32, and take the application and place it on your desktop or wherever you can have quick access to it.
3. Click on the application and the preference window will pop up.
