 Post subject: Can't install Krita in Windows 10 [SOLVED] thanks Wallace

I have Krita installed in my Fedora, no problem at all.

I am trying to install it in my Windows 10 drive but all I get is three folders, bin / lib / share. There is no .exe file in any of these folders and most of them are dll files.
I did the install into Program files, Krita (x64) which contain no .exe file
Can anyone tell me why I can't get a Krita icon to open the program.

Hey Molly,

I don't know what's going on with your Krita, but I'm downloading it now and then installing it. I'll let you know if anything like what happened to you happens to me.

I downloaded a version way down on the list, the newest msi on for 64-bit

I downloaded the same one. I installed it on my win 10 machine and I have the same folders you do. I also have a desktop icon.

I was just about to tell you where to find the krita.exe file. Anyway... you can find it in the bin folder.
Was the desktop icon hiding from you? :hehe

Yes, it was hiding. I didn't see it in the bin folder but I just looked again and I guess I scanned the list too fast and missed it.
