Thanks 2-ton. I just did a quick job on the back-ground so you are more than likely right about that. I spent a bit of time on the man though and I can still see a lot of things wrong with it. Like bleeding colour etc.

Good job on the jacket and waistcoat :bigthup , and I quite like the just noticeable colouring of the eye. The one slight drawback for me is the near blown forehead

sallyanne: i think you did a great job. on this screen the details you're not happy with are not even noticeable - took a look on my phone too, though, so i can see what you mean by bleeding colours. all in all i'd say your first try was a success and your next one will be even better. i tried out the interactive colouriser once and couldn't get anything this good, so i just gave it up and went back to colourising by hand.
