Nice; G'MIC has a cool raindrop preset that does these too (accept you have to provide for your own drop objects (it will then make them into water). Thought I would try a screened door version using G'MIC's preset.

Actually, it's my whole name. lol

Used an oval brush with huge space between to write my first name. I then distorted the result using a few presets in G'MIC (don't recall the settings; just toyed with water setting as I recalled). I then used the raindrop preset on the name. Added background drops too using same preset (just no target this time).
