I know. That 70's at Christmas was a bummer. If we don't have snow then, I don't prefer to have any at all at my age. It makes everything so pretty at Christmas, the right amount that is. I'm in West Virginia. We started getting snow about 2-3 hours ago. It's getting heavier now. Have to wait to see how much we really get but it is predicted to be several inches or so.

BTW, your grandson is very cute!

Here in Göteborg it has been like a heavily iced Christmas cake for a number of days now. I have never seen so much snow in my life! There were some disruptions to transport but life is continuing and it is such a beautiful sight. I just feel sorry for older people who will have trouble walking in it.

Conbagui, I'm glad you can see snow there, where you live. Nice photo . Where I live it 's rare to see it except in the Pyrenees. Winter here is being too warm this year, a little worrying, I think.

like erisian said, we've had a pretty winter landscape around us this week - just the way i like it ! but christmas was warm and nasty here too, just hope winter stays for a bit now it's finally arrived.

For Christmas I gifted myself with a snow blower. It is my first. While the weather has been extremely cold (for Detroit), there has yet to be any snow.

I will not be disappointed in the least if I don't get a chance to use my new toy.

Not far from Detroit, myself, and not much snow at all. I am happy to have a mild winter for once, as the last two were just awful!
