I painted/drew this owl over the weekend. He was inspired by Artalcarte's 3marker challenge where she drew an owl. If you wanna watch her video it's here.

I love owls, they're so cute! Yes I know there are vicious owls but I like them too but not as much as the cute ones...I mean just look at this guy http://amazingcentral.com/wp-content/up ... owls-3.jpg ... And this one https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/73 ... d74f65.jpg ... I rest my case.

I couldn't find out how to draw the same owl she drew so I just paused the video after she finished and taught myself be looking at it. Its 15 inches by 10 inches, kinda bigger than I've drawn in recent times (I normally draw 9X12). I used watercolor as a base and colored pencils for depth, a little bit of waterbased marker, white pen, soft pastels, and a little bit of acrylic paint also.

So here's the cute little guy! :3

Enjoy! CnC always welcomed...

I think I've heard that before. Mid evil times people were a bit...touched themselves. They had no reason to pick on the owls! :lol
